Chromaprint Pte Ltd provides apparel printing, customisation, and related merchandising services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without prior notice.
You agree to use this website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
Engage in any activity that may impair or disrupt the website’s operation or security;
Use the website to transmit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable material;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the website or its related systems.
Chromaprint reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who breaches these Terms.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the exclusive property of Chromaprint Pte Ltd or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
By submitting artwork, designs, logos, or other content for customisation, you represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights or have obtained proper authorisation to use such materials.
You grant Chromaprint a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce and utilise such materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You agree to indemnify and hold Chromaprint harmless from any claim, liability, or expense arising from infringement or alleged infringement of third-party rights relating to your submitted content. Chromaprint reserves the right to reject any submission deemed offensive, unlawful, or in violation of intellectual property rights.
All prices listed are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Chromaprint reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice. Orders are processed only upon full payment or upon receipt of an official purchase order from corporate clients.
An order shall be deemed accepted only when Chromaprint issues a written confirmation. Production will commence only after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
While Chromaprint endeavours to reproduce colours, placements, and designs with high accuracy, minor variations may occur due to printing limitations, fabric differences, or monitor displays. Such variations shall not constitute defects.
Delivery schedules provided are indicative and subject to change based on production load, third-party courier timelines, or unforeseen circumstances. Chromaprint shall not be held liable for delays arising from courier disruptions, customs clearance, or events beyond our reasonable control.
All customised products are produced to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
Cancellations made prior to production may incur administrative fees.
In the event of a verified defect or production error attributable to Chromaprint, a replacement or refund may be offered at our discretion. Claims must be made within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chromaprint Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this website or our services.
Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chromaprint Pte Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website or services.
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines the manner in which we collect, use, and safeguard personal information in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Chromaprint Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on this website and shall take effect immediately upon publication.
